What is my next step? Why am I doing this? Does it worth the extra stress? What is more important in each stage of my life right now? etc
Hence THIS IS WHY I am here to listen to YOU and hopefully I CAN HELP YOU with some of the QUESTIONS you may have while you travel the path securing your home or investment loan, or just give you some tips to set a goal, educate your kids so they can be better equipped to deal with money of their own, it may not be exactly the same for each of us - time, opportunity, personal circumstances all different from one person to the next - , I am honest to say that I don't know everything, I am always in the learning space myself, but I am a FIRM BELIEVER of BEING INFORMED of my OPTIONS and CHOICES, I hope you do too. I also believe that as parents, we need and must educate our children about money, how to set goal and save for rainy days. There are always challenges in life, and unexpected one, but how do we prepare them for it? Attitude is critical, develop and build the positive attitude from young, hopefully they can walk through life a bit easier. [Is ATTiTUDE everything? I cannot say 100% Yes, many other factors play a part, one it particular for me is GRATiTUDE.]

I am self-employed and I am foremost a parent, I choose to be in this space because I believe in giving back and sharing what I have learnt. However, I do have family commitments, so my assistance is on the basis of mutual respect of time and commitment.
